History

As part of our World War II day, we took a journey on the Homefront Bus. We had a very enjoyable time learning more about the Blitz, what it was like inside an Anderson shelter, as well how rationing worked.

We joined the other Year 4 classes for Viking Day on March 21st. See if you can spot our birthday girl Freya, who just happens to be named after a Viking goddess, having a Viking warrior's burial before her journey to Valhalla.

As a class we each helped to make an Anglo-Saxon Village. Can you see which one is the chief's house?
